The joy and of course the stress of the holidays are upon us but Holidays on Ice can bring some smiles and laughs with David Sedaris’ holiday collection of short stories. From working in a Macy’s as a holiday elf and Christmas traditions of other nations, to being locked in a snowstorm and a barnyard secret Santa scheme gone askew. Sedaris definitely pushes the limits and the stories are a blend of being dark, sarcastic, funny, real, and sweet. Holidays on Ice is an entertaining read that will get you in the mood for the holidays and everything (good and bad) that comes with them.
