Tue, 11/17/2020 - 1:58pm -- SEgan

Do you ever want a book you can curl up with and enjoy a hot cup or coffee or tea (or wine, we aren't judging) and escape into a story filled with small town charm, quirky characters, and mysterious occurances? Look no further than these cozy mysteries!

If you have never read a cozy mystery before, you are in for a treat! Cozy mysteries, or "cozies," are a crime fiction subgenre for the more faint of heart. You won't find any gory details or sordid affairs here! Instead you will be greeted with a close-knit small community and an amateur, often woman, detective who must solve a mystery. Cozies are quick, lighthearted reads that won't keep you up at night.

Below you will find a sampling of some new cozy mysteries that have hit the shelves in 2020. Click on the links to find a copy in the catalog or in eZone.
