Literary Pairings Book Discussion Group

Literary Pairings Book Discussion Group meets the second Wednesday of the Month from 7 to 8:30 pm from September through June. Participants will read an assigned classic one month followed by a contemporary readalike similar in theme, plot and/or characters the following month. Facilitators Nancy Christy and librarian Jane Granatino will lead the discussions, but participants are encouraged to bring their own questions as well.

The selection for September 11th is Agatha Christie's The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.

This group is currently full, however we are inviting those of you who may want to participate online to our new Literary Pairings Online discussion group! The day after the group meets, we will post comments, questions and links of interest to those unable to participate because of limited space or scheduling difficulties. To join this group, visit Goodreads at for more information.

Free and open to adults. This group is limited to 15 participants. For more information or to register for this group, contact Jane Granatino at the Reference Desk at 401-247-1920 x2.
