Food Lit Book Club is a chance to read memoir, history, politics and culture about a favorite subject: food. Discussions will be led by a guest facilitator who is an expert in their field. The group meets quarterly and is limited to 15 participants each session. Register using the form below.
This November join us to discuss, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain with guest facilitator Matt Gennuso, head chef and co-owner of Chez Pascal & the Wurst Kitchen in Providence.
Like, Bourdain, Matt Gennuso began his career at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He's worked in kitchens in Holland, California, New York City and Boston before moving to Providence and opening his French-inspired seasonal restaurant, Chez Pascal and the adjoining Wurst Kitchen with his wife Kristin.
