Join Rebecca Mele of Little Yoga for this six-part Family Yoga Series designed to reinforce physical and emotional wellness. This class will benefit both children and their caregivers and provide opportunities to participate and interact with one another.
Class will begin with fresh fruit, guided breathing skills, fun yoga poses, songs, and relaxation techniques (no previous experience required). Children will learn from imitation and observation, so it may take more than one class for their interest to peak.
Drop-in, free for all ages. Please bring your own yoga mat.
