Borrow a Launchpad, Roku, or Hotspot from your library!

PLAYAWAY LAUNCHPAD

Check out a Playaway Launchpad tablet, pre-loaded with interactive content. Easy to navigate and use. No download time. No need for WiFi.  Access is as simple as turning on each device - anytime, anywhere. There are five different Launchpad tablets available to borrow: Brain Power, Crossword Workout, Learn English Phrases, Mind Games, and You've Been Sudokued. Look for the empty Launchpad cases in our Movie section, and bring to the Circulation Desk to borrow.

ROKU

Roku streaming media device allows you to log into the Library’s Vudu account and watch dozens of movies, with more added every month. These devices are not reservable. Check in our Movie section for the Roku cases (we currently have four streaming sticks and four streaming players). If you find one, bring it to the Circulation Desk to borrow a device.

BINGE BOX

Ready for some binge watching? Check out one of our Binge Boxes and get four or five movies for three weeks. Binge watch movies featuring your favorite actors, directors, and genres. We create new binge boxes every three months.

Check in our Movies section for Binge Boxes. Several movies in one case, along with a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn! Each Binge Box is set for a 21-day loan, with no reserves and no renewals.

LCD PROJECTOR

Multimedia projectors enable users to simulate large format displays in a small, portable package. The Epson PowerLite 732c creates a projected image size of between 30 and 300 diagonal inches at corresponding projection distances of between 3 and 40 feet. The projector is loaned in a carry case with a power cable, quick-setup guide, and 1 VGA cable.

HOTSPOT

No internet? No problem! Check out the internet from your library. Borrow a hotspot for three weeks with your library card. We have 5 hotspots to lend and they are available at the Circulation Desk. These devices are not reservable.
