Barrington Library Holiday Closings  The Library will be closed at 12:30 PM on Friday, December 24. The Library will remain closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday December 25-27. Regular library hours resume Tuesday, December 28, 2010. In celebration of New Year’s the Library will be closed Saturday, January 1st and Sunday, January 2nd, 2011.

Delayed opening of the library for full staff meeting The library will hold its annual full staff meeting on Thursday, December 9 from 8 am to 10 am.  The library will open to the public on that morning at 10 am.  Please make a note of this delayed opening time when planning your library visit that day.

Carry the library catalog with you! Ocean State Libraries has installed an application for a mobile version of the state’s public library online catalog. When you visit  catalog.oslri.net  from your cell phone, you will see a box asking if you would like to use the mobile version of the catalog.  Just say yes, and you’re in business!
