Weather is exciting stuff and no wonder—we live on a planet where air is heavy, water is sticky and lightning strikes 100 times a second.  This action-packed, whirlwind of a show is sure to spark everyone's imaginations, complete with enlightening experiments (many of which kids are encouraged to try at home.)  Free entry tickets available on Sunday, April 15.  Limited to 105 persons. Recommended for kids in kindergarten through grade 5.   Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the program start time.

Animal World Experience with Matt Gabriel

Experience an interactive, educational and fun animal traveling program with Matt Gabriel and his lovable critters, mostly rescues and/or adoptees.  Matt's passion for wildlife conservation is so strong he will never breed, sell or adopt-out any of his animals.  He is committed to providing them with the loving, forever homes that they deserve.  Through his presentations, he hopes that attendees will develop a life-long respect and awareness for animals of all kinds.

Passport Day

Join us for our annual Passport Day on Sunday, April 8. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports at the library from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Passport agents will be at the library during those hours to process applications for individuals and families, and answer any questions about the passport application process. They will also be able to take passport photos for a fee of $10.

Applicants need to bring proof of U.S. citizenship, a valid photo ID (for adults), and a personal check or money order.
