Birding at Brickyard Pond (Barrington)

Barrington Public Library and Ocean State Bird Club have partnered to offer three spring bird walks in the East Bay from April through June. The first walk will be held at Brickyard Pond.

Meet at the gate to the park entrance next to the Barrington YMCA for an exploration of Brickyard Pond. We’ll walk the road to the pond where we hope to see returning osprey and wading birds, cormorants and ducks, and possibly a bald eagle. Then we'll explore the wooded trails for song birds, and hopefully find some early arriving migrants. Led by Jana Hesser of Ocean State Bird Club.
